- This week we have several strong and hard games. First we played versus SKA Minsk, and at next round have to face Dinamo Minsk. These are very important matches for us in Belarus championship. Meanwhile Vardar is our rival also. Macedonian team has 20 experienced players, and they're absolute favorite due to their quality and "longer bench". We're not prepared to play three important and tough matches in seven days. Have to see will be players tired and decide should have enough energy to play on maximum power, said Zeljko Babic, coach of Meshkov Brest.

Some changes will be also in Vardar's squad for this game. Team played in Wednesday versus Dinamo Minsk in EHF Champions League, and lost 24-26. Left back Ilija Abutovic return urgently at home due to new child born. His position will fill Mitko Stoilov. Coach Zoran Kastratovic will also give chance to goalkeeper Petre Angelov, and on tribune will be Strahinja Milic. For Angelov this will be first match in Vardar jersey after three years spent in Metalurg.

- Already play so many matches and need to play also many tough games next two months, so I decide to give chance to all players. Now Malumbres and Angelov will be on goal. Spent so much energy, but have two days to be prepared for next challenge. I like to play quality in defense and smartly and without haste in attack, said Zoran Kastratovic, coach of Vardar.

Both teams already played each other twice during the preparation period before the start of the new season. On tournament in Struga in mid of August, Vardar won 33-24 for 3rd place match. Later in Brest, also on tournament was 28-28.
