(Stoilov 7, Kristopans 5; Milosavljev 15 saves / Baranau 3, Obranovic 3, Djordjic 3; Pesic 11 saves)

Roberto Garcia Parrondo, Vardar coach:
Really, really hard match here in this great atmosphere in Brest. Home team didn't allow us to slow down all the way until the very final minute but in the end we did it. I'd like to congratulate my players on this win and now it's time to turn towards the grand finale.

Ivan Cupic, Vardar player:
Obviously a hard match but I believe fans enjoyed it. We were able to open the gap in the first but couldn’t seal the deal early because hosts were really motivated and eager to show what they’re capable of in front of their fans. However, I believe experience we have both as a team and as individuals proved to be crucial helping us secure this win in the end.

Igor Karacic, Vardar player:
Defense was not bad today throughout the bigger part of the game and in attack it was hard because Meshkov were playing quite physical but we managed to come out on top and it feels good.

Manolo Cadenas, Meshkov Brest coach:
In the first half we experienced a lot of problems on the defensive side of the court. Second half was better but it wasn't enough obviously. Vardar proved to be more clutch, more experienced in narrow finishes like the one we had today. Great atmosphere here today, I'm sorry we failed to additionally spice it all up with a win but that's handball.

Siarhei Shylovich, Meshkov Brest player:
We lacked a bit of luck today I’d say. Offensively we weren’t on the right level throughout the entire course of the game but even despite of that we’ve managed to narrow the gap and even level the result late into the second. However, our mistakes on both sides of the court in the end decided this one in favor of Vardar.

Ivan Pesic, Meshkov Brest goalkeeper:
We were really close. After a poor opening and a far from ideal first half we've managed to level the result about ten minutes before the final whistle but then we simply made too many mistakes on both sides of the court which proved to be costly. You simply can't come out on top against Vardar making mistakes like that.
